Was impressed with breakfast being delivered to the room. Location was perfect for our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was as expected.

It was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful flower pots and hanging baskets. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They also offered a free 24 hr shuttle service which was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again🙂

Facility was close to everything my wife and I had on our to-do list, the Mendenhall Glacier, Nugget Falls, and only a few miles from downtown Juneau. Property was clean with friendly staff, and if ever we visit Juneau again, this is likely the residence we will stay.

Approximate to airport and importantly the Best Western Country Lane Inn provides a ride to the Ferry and to excursion boats to Tracy Arm. There are several pick up times as well.

Breakfast was delivered with two choices: scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes/or pancakes, bacon. Both were good. Really used the complimentary shuttle a lot as we did not rent a car.

I liked the beautiful location, the shuttle - airport AND downtown (with some scheduling restrictions). The breakfast was good, delivered to our rooms, and I appreciated the grab-and-go option when we had to leave early to catch our flight. The bus stop is right there.

Close to the airport, free shuttle to and from the airport and Juneau. 5km return walk gave good view of Mendenhall Glacier.
